The Antminer T21, which was revealed at the Blockchain Life 2023 Forum, is the newest addition to the company's extensive product roster, and it features air-cooling technology suitable for high-temperature operations. The Antminer T21, which will be released in January 2024, has a staggering computing capability of 190 terahashes per second and supports the SHA256 mining algorithm, which is required for Bitcoin and its derivatives.
Following the unveiling of two new S21 series devices last month, the Antminer T21 is the latest in a succession of Bitmain announcements. The Antminer S21 Hydro miner has a throughput of up to 335 TH/s and an efficiency rating of 16 J/T, whereas the air-cooled S21 miner has a throughput of up to 200 TH/s and an efficiency rating of roughly 17.5 J/T.
While the Antminer S21 air-cooled machine has somewhat higher ratings than the T21, in terms of efficiency ratios, the latter beats the S19 Antminers. The T21 will be available in the first quarter of 2024, with a power consumption of 3,610 watts.
Beyond Traditional Mining
Bitmain's appetite for variety was evidenced with the release of the rack-style AntRack miner, which boasts a modularized, hot-swappable design ideal for large-scale operations with no downtime during updates 3. Bitmain has added another feather to its cap with the release of privacy-focused blockchain mining miners for Aleo, a blockchain platform that employs zero-knowledge proofs 4.

Bitmain's price protection service, which protects owners from potential BTC price reductions, debuted with the Antminer T21.
